Everyone needs to eat! So why not provide Food Sources to everyone?

Building Requirements:

Must be some source of food, can be manual or automatic, if it is animal related, must be a spawner, with the food available to the public. If it is farming related, then it must be protected so that it's available to the public.

Note: If the food source is bigger then 100 tiles, then it can count as multiple food sources on the tax table. For example a 20 by 20 cow farm can count as 4 food sources because it's 400 tiles.
